All poster sales are final.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns. We only accept items that have not been used, worn, or washed. If you have further questions, please email customer service before sending the return.

We charge a $4.00 processing fee for all exchanges. There are a few simple steps for exchanging unwanted items:

1. Please visit the store that contains the item you would like as a replacement. Be sure that the item is currently available for sale.

2. Return the unwanted item to us by shipping it to:

3. Include a check or money order made out to New Orleans Music Online LLC to cover the cost of return shipping of the new item plus the $4.00 exchange fee. If you are unsure, you can calculate the shipping costs on-line by adding the desired item to your shopping cart, and clicking the "see rates" button. We can charge your credit card from your original order if the order is no more than 3 weeks old.

4. Include a copy of the original invoice and/or a DETAILED NOTE describing the item which you would like in exchange for the returned item.

5. Please be patient as we process the exchange and provide you with some new goods. Be sure to allow for shipping time in each direction, and a day or two for us to process the exchange.
